Brazos Valley Cancer Center welcomes both physician referrals and self-referrals. Access to care should be straightforward and timely.

For Patients

You do not need a referral to contact our office.

Patients may:

  • Request an appointment directly
  • Ask questions about care
  • Begin the consultation process

Our team will assist with next steps and coordination of records when needed.

For Referring Providers

We work closely with physicians and healthcare teams across the region.

Referrals may include:

  • Oncology consultations
  • Hematology evaluations
  • Ongoing care coordination

Our team assists with:

  • Scheduling
  • Records collection
  • Communication and follow-up

Coordinated Care

When additional specialty services such as surgery, radiation oncology, or advanced evaluation are recommended, our physicians coordinate closely with referring providers and specialty teams to ensure continuity of care.
