Blood & Lymphatic Cancers

Blood and lymphatic cancers affect the blood, bone marrow, and lymphatic system. These conditions can vary widely in how they develop, how they are treated, and how they are monitored over time.

At Brazos Valley Cancer Center, our physicians provide care for many of these conditions locally while coordinating with specialized centers when advanced or acute care is needed.

Multiple Myeloma

A cancer that forms in plasma cells and may affect bone health, blood counts, and immune function.

Coordinated Specialty Care

Care for blood and lymphatic cancers may involve a combination of ongoing monitoring, infusional therapies, oral treatments, and coordination with specialty centers when needed.

For certain conditions, including acute leukemias, our physicians coordinate care with specialized leukemia centers while remaining actively involved in communication and follow-up.
